Everton talking to insolvency advisers
Looks like they could be in trouble.
777 were due to loan them another £15m so they can complete the season before the supposed takeover however 777 appear to be in a financial mess.
One of thier airlines has just gone into adminisration after their aircraft were impounded for non payment of leasing fees and their UK PR firm has severed ties over non-payment as well.

My brother in law was involved in the financing of the new stadium, and then suddenly wasn't, as something (not sure what) went tits up.

This was a few months ago.

Good point.
They’ll probably take the deduction this season.

I read somewhere that they are completely fucked with the debt they owe, to the point that they’ll end up giving away a share of the new stadium to their creditors.
